Returns

• Eligibility for Returns:
  Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. The item must also be in the original packaging.

• Return Process:
  Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, And exchange for the returned product will be made within 5-7 working days after receiving the return product.
